Wednesday Update

Weight Last Week - 221.5lb

Weight this Week - 221.5lb

Loss - 0lb

Quite happy to break even following my 4.5lb loss last week.

Wednesday - 1289cals - Did 2 hour Table Tennis training session as well.

Thursday - 1182cals -

Friday - 1167cals - Walked 5 miles.

Saturday - 1829cals - Walked around York but really a lazy day.

Sunday - 3160cals - 6 hour very tough Table Tennis training session with British League squad. Ate more than normal for energy and also had 2 pints of Beer afterwards.

Monday - 3878cals - Walked 6 Miles but spoilt the diet with 8 pints of Beer (Ok we had a bit of a session).

Tuesday - 1064cals - Made effort to get back on track.

Total in week - 13569cals

Average per day - 1938cals (less than my 2000cal target)

Not on your strong Canadian Beer, I doubt it.
Anyway I hope you'll be letting me buy you a meal and that always slows me down, looking forward to it.

Wow, Mick, you are not eating nearly enough calories most days--you must be starving all the time! That is not good because then it makes you overdo it on another day. Try to be consistently near 1700-1800 calories and you will still lose weight, but feel a little more satisfied.

Keep up the great effort!!

Hey Mick! You got some really low calorie days there!! Did you know that you won't loose if you don't eat enough!! Sucks but true!!

I reccomend checking out sparkpeople.com It will teach you what you need to know about counting..

You are soooooo active! 2 hours playing table tennis, i can't imagine that, i'd be dead on the floor after 15 minutes lolol
Do you have an online food diary?
I'd be intorested in seeing what those calories go into.
