Wednesday Update - Off Target

2007 Start Weight - 219lbs

Last Weeks Weight - 212.6lb

Todays Actual Weight - 212.6lb

Loss/Gain this week - 0lb

Loss so far in 2007 - 6.4lb

Today's Target Weight - 212lb

Loss/Gain against Target - +0.6lb

This week I've not lost or gained any weight although in itself not a disaster for the first time this year I am behind target. Ok only 0.6lb but next week I'll have to lose 1.6lb to get back on track. That in itself won't be easy because I have a night out planned tomorrow and I'm away in Blackpool this weekend, I had hoped to be in front so I could have a reward week.

I blame not losing on the fact I had 3 pints of beer and a cheese sandwich at the football last night and it wasn't in my plan.

I must try harder, wish me luck.

The rules of chocolate :-

~ If you've got melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly.

~ Chocolate covered raisins, cherries, orange slices & strawberries
- all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.

~ The problem: How to get 2 pounds of chocolate home from the shop in a hot car. The solution: Eat it in the car park.

~ Diet tip: Eat a chocolate bar before each meal. It'll take the edge off your appetite and you'll eat less.

~ A nice box of chocolates can provide your total daily intake of calories in one place. Isn't that handy?

~ If you can't eat all your chocolate, it will keep in the freezer.

~ But if you can't eat all your chocolate, what's wrong with you?

~ If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge. Calories are afraid of heights, and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.

~ Money talks. Chocolate sings.

~ Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look younger.

~ If not for chocolate, there would be no need for control top tights. An entire garment industry would be devastated.

~ Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you'll get one thing done.

Money talks - chocolate sings! I love it and preach on, my friend:)

I gained this week. But I had not had a Dairy Queen Blizzard in months and months and I enjoyed every single bite and shall not look back! Cuz if I do look back, I weighed 3 pounds less so I must only look forward!!

That's been a few weeks where your weight hasn't really moved isn't it?
If your weight loss depended solely on 3 pints and a cheese sandwich, then i'll say right now that there is absolutely no hope for me!!! lol
I might as well just quit now, and start on that chocolate diet! :oÞ

Hi, congrats for keeping on track :)
I often wonder who discovered chocolate. I think it originated in South America, but I meant the actual person....a Saint and that's a fact lol.
