I just couldn't believe the rain we had here. We've had roads closed and my back garden was practically all under water this morning. On the radio it said in Hull from 9pm last night to 9am this morning we had 12 inches of rain. I'm not surprised either, it was raining so hard through the night I woke up about 3 times.
We are currently having heaps of rain as well causing roads to collapse,flooding etc. Several people have lost their lives which I am sad for, but we really need the rain.
Airliebird, I can believe all the roads around our factory were backing up and the roads flooding, its a long time since I've seen it that bad. It woke me in the nightalso it was heavy and all night. The photo with the canoes is in West Hull apparently.
Celtic, The weather is crazy at times but we don't expect it like this, it is our summer (November and April are for rain).

Its been raining here like crazy too! It is the middle of june and we haven't had very many sunny days, very strange for Texas.
