Confession is that since returning from vacation I've found it hard to get back in my normal routine last week. Hence I have put on 0.5lb, yes dissapointed but not surprised.
I've tried to get back into the routine but have been guilty of nibbling the wrong foods between meals. My determination is still there and expect a loss next week I promise (now thats real pressure).
On another note if anyone reading is interested I've now added some photo's of York on my Photo Blog. Its a beautiful city with loads of historical sites plus loads of bars, cafes, clubs, restaurants, etc.

I fell off the southbeach wagon myself yesterday. You would NOT believe what all I ate and loved every minute of it! Back on the wagon today but foregoing this week's weigh in. Not foregoing steak and wine coolers for the Alabama game Sat though.
As long as you are determined to reach your goal you WILL get there.
Heck, a 1/2lb is nuthin'! I would consider this week a draw!

I disagree any increase (except on vacation) is a defeat. I will lose the odd battle but win the war.
That's not too bad....I know how difficult it can be to get back on program....I am dealing with the same thing after my birthday celebrating.
