Your husband is a lucky bloke.
As for the job we have started the 90day (max) consultancy period which is law. If agreement with the unions & staff reps is agreed quickly people have to be paid up the 90 days.
Makes me feel a bit inadequate, like the line from a Benny Hill skit - I've got strong white teeth!! lol
